Try these 3 workouts and put your body to the test!

Workout 1
  • 10 min AMRAP (As many rounds as possible for 10 minutes)
  • 10 burpees
  • 15 Body weight squats
  • 20 sit ups

Workout 2
4 rounds for time
  • 15 push ups
  • 20 plyo lunges
  • 15 Box jumps
  • 20 mountain climbers

Workout 3
1 round for time
  • 100 double unders
  • 80 walking lunges
  • 60 Step ups
  • 40 Back extensions
  • 20 V-snaps
  • Finish with a 400m run or similar distance (e.g run around the block)
